More Info: Marketed as Honey Tangerine, the origin of this fruit is unknown, but may have originated in a USDA planting around 1916. The fruit is exceptionally sweet, but more difficult to peel than a tangerine. The peel is yellowish-orange and the the flesh is a deep orange at maturity.
